This Accessibility Statement applies to the online store of Allergia- ja Sisäilma-apu Oy www.sarnepro.com.
This statement was prepared on 12 August 2025 and is based on a comprehensive accessibility audit (WCAG 2.1 AA, EN 301 549). The goal is to ensure that the online service is accessible to as many users as possible.
 

Accessibility Status

The online store partially meets the requirements of the Finnish Digital Services Act and WCAG 2.1 AA level.
Key functionalities are usable via keyboard and screen readers, but some issues were identified that reduce the overall user experience.

Main Issues Identified

  • Main navigation is displayed twice without a skip link (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.1)

  • Missing H1 heading on the front page (WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.6)

  • "Add to cart" buttons are not uniquely labelled with product names (WCAG 2.4.4, 4.1.2)

  • Hero/logo image missing alt text or has unclear alt text (WCAG 1.1.1)

  • "Read more" link text is too generic (WCAG 2.4.4)

  • Cookie banner focus order and keyboard navigation uncertain (WCAG 2.1.1, 2.4.3, 2.4.7)

  • HTML language attribute missing (WCAG 3.1.1)

Disproportionate Burden

No issues are considered to constitute a disproportionate burden. All identified issues will be fixed by the end of 2026.
