General Information About the Online Store
We sell products to adult private individuals, organizations, and businesses. Persons under 18 years of age may shop using online payment. All product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

Ordering from the Online Store
Products are ordered via the Internet at www.sarnepro.com or sarnepro.de using the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, indicating the total price, shipping costs, and ordered products. Providing an email address is required to receive the confirmation. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the applicable terms and conditions. If a product is out of stock, we will contact the customer promptly.

Payment in the Online Store
Products and shipping fees are paid at the time of ordering. Payments are securely processed via an SSL-encrypted connection.

Payments with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
If you wish to pay using a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, Allergia- ja Sisäilma-apu Oy acts as the marketer and delivers the products. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for complaints. Paytrail Oyj acts as the seller and contractual partner for card payments. All obligations related to the sale lie with the seller. Paytrail Oyj also receives the payment.

Paytrail collects the IP address, payment method, and timestamp during the transaction.

PayPal
When selecting PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in and confirm your payment. Please return to our online store after the payment to ensure your order is registered. Any refund will be made to your PayPal account.

Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery costs are shown after selecting the delivery and payment method.

Home Delivery (Parcel Connect)
Delivery time: 3–9 business days. Trackable. In many countries, parcels can be redirected to a pickup point. Notification provided in advance. Countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia.

Pickup Point Delivery (Sweden & Denmark)
Delivery time: 2–6 business days. Choose service point or locker. Trackable. Delivery days: Mon–Fri (SE), Mon–Sat (DK). Pickup notification provided.

Pickup Point Delivery (Baltic countries)
Delivery time: 1–4 business days. Choose service point or locker. Trackable. Delivery Mon–Fri, also weekends in capital regions. Pickup notification provided.

Subscription Orders
Some products can be ordered as subscriptions. For example, replacement filters can be delivered automatically. In the shopping cart, select only the items to be ordered as a subscription. Check "Make this a subscription order," then choose the subscription duration and delivery interval (3, 6, or 12 months).
Subscription payments are invoiced via a payment link sent by email before each delivery. Orders can be cancelled by replying to the email before payment is made.

Warranty Terms
All products have full manufacturer warranties. Follow installation and usage instructions. Warranty covers manufacturing/material defects only. Warranty period is specified in the product specs and receipt. No separate warranty certificate is needed.

Returns and Cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection law. The right applies only to unused, saleable items in their original packaging. Also applies to defective or incorrectly delivered items. Always contact customer service before returning.

We charge return shipping fees; this cost is deducted from the refund. Returns must follow our instructions. Returns are not accepted for businesses or collected goods.
Custom-cut filters and hygiene products (e.g., masks, salt inhalers, warmers) are non-returnable.

Do not send anything before receiving return instructions. Keep proof of shipment. We recommend using the product’s original packaging.
Returns must be made within 14 days. Refunds are issued within about a week after return processing.
No right of return if a product was custom-made or customized at the buyer's request, or if service/production has already begun.

Complaints
If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect product, contact customer service immediately via our contact form. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

Hygiene Products
Hygiene products have a 14-day return right only if unused and unopened (e.g., masks). Once opened, they cannot be resold. Based on EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16.

Trial That Preserves Return Rights
A product must remain unused and without wear or missing parts. If packaging or components are damaged due to customer negligence, no return right applies.

Delivery Issues and Damage
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, or wrong product received, notify us immediately using the contact form or email a-a@allergia-apu.fi. Report any transport damage to the carrier (e.g., Posti) without delay.

Product Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by misuse or disregard of instructions.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure such as war, natural disasters, import/export bans, official decisions, or disruptions in transport.

Other
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Customers must review current terms before ordering. All customer information is handled confidentially.
