Sarne Sound trap - silencer for the ventilation window, brown

To reduce noise coming from outside, a sound trap (ST) can be used in the ventilation hatch.
The sound trap, which is attached to the outer surface of the hatch (in the space between the hatch and the outer grille) using a metal hanger, is easy to install as a retrofit.
The inner surface of the sound trap is lined with sound-insulating material.
Air flows normally through the vent, but the sound is dampened by the insulation material.

Note! The depth of the sound trap is 40 mm, so this much space must be available between the ventilation hatch and the outer grille.
